Maintenance of centrifugal separator:

Centrifugal separator equipment maintenance and maintenance simple operation.

• The oil pump motor to stop, wait 1-2 minutes to allow the main rotor stops rotating.

• Loosen the lock catch, remove the oil of purifier cover, check the sealing piece of oil filter cover

• Remove the inner sleeve, screw loosen inner rotor, open the inner rotor impurity collecting cover.

• Diesel or oil cleaning rotor cover and inner sleeve.

• Check the inner cylinder, such as damaged should be replaced.

• Re install the rotor and O type ring back to the inner ring sleeve nut, and founder of the positioning groove, check if the shaft rotation is normal.

• Install cover, start up pneumatic pump motor, and check whether there is leakage.

• Motor starting, check the pump motor is normal.
