Safety chuck:
Safety chuck is like a coupling, it is convenient for steel bar or air expanding shaft loading, unloading and rotating. It is fast, safe and easy for roller material operation. High machining precision can make sure exact orientation. Our safety chuck's reel end mouth adopts special heat treatment process, ensure the safety chuck with strong hardness and durable. On the other hand, except the standard reel end mouth, replaceable VT mouth is also available, so as to prolong safety chuck's service life greatly.

This safety chuck is in couple, there are two pieces of it, one is without extend shaft, another one is with an extend shaft. The extend shaft is connected with power motor, so as to wind and unwind for web roller material. Flange or foot mounted safety chuck can be connected with manual brake, NAB pneumatic brake (unwinding part), NAC pneumatic clutch (rewinding part) for material tension control.
